Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
Processing Times:
- Standard items: 1–2 business days
- Personalized items: +3–7 business days for crafting and quality check

- UK: 5–9 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- Canada: 8–10 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 8–20 business days
- Rest of World: 5–15 business days
Note: Most of our products are personalized, which may extend fulfillment time.
Shipping Issues
Delays
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or seasonal volume.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If a package is undelivered after 30 days, we’ll gladly refund or replace it.
Missing Packages
- If your order has not arrived after 5 weeks, please contact us for a replacement.
- We’ll prioritize resolving missing orders ASAP.
Lost/Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier first.
- Auristy is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels after delivery confirmation, but our support team can provide tracking details to help you file a claim.
Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
